Papering Over The Cracks....

So, with very little notice, the landlords are sending in some decorators tomorrow to jazz up the flats, replacing bathrooms, kitchens, painting the outer halls & front doors. They seem to want it all done in a hell of a rush, or as they put it 'before the warm weather arrives'. Now doesn't that just sound a tad suspicious, why would they want to paint & decorate in cold weather? And more to the point, these landlords have never ever cared about the state of the flats before. Now call me crazy but I reckon they're planning to sell the building out from under us, but don't quote me on that!

If it were up to me, the whole building would be condemned, (as it is falling apart), then torn down,  the whole area drenched in holy water(cos i'm sure this place is majorly haunted) & replaced with a nice public park...or maybe a mini shopping mall! One thing's for sure, this whole refurb is gonna be complete and total chaos!
